Damion is an experienced public company director having served on the boards of several technology companies over the last 20 years, as both executive and non-executive director.

Damion’s early career was spent with Eyeconomy Holdings Plc an online advertising and marketing business that advised companies on customer acquisition and retention through the medium of online advertising and marketing. Damion helped shape and direct some of the very earliest online marketing campaigns.

On the sale of Eyeconomy to Gaming Corporation which owned and operated the gaming assets and casinos of Casino.co.uk and Gambling.com Damion joined the Board.

The last fifteen years of his career have been in the infrastructure and software arena with Nasstar Plc (Nasstar) as Operations Director, and at the fedr8tion, a gaming software platform where he is the Chairman.

Mr Philip Danielsson has over 15 years in gaming and the building of poker and affiliate sites. He has substantial experience not just in the software but online casinos as a whole.

He built and managed Pokercenter.com and Full Tilt Poker that eventually was acquired by Pokerstars.

He sat on the board of Sammycasino, Partycasino, Edenlotto, Modernlotteries and many others, each having over 40000 active players and have since been purchased by other platforms.

The last four years Philip has been actively managing the software development and building the client database for Mahjong in preparation of it being the new Poker online.

Mike graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1985 and qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in 1988. Post-qualification, he specialised in corporate finance work and left KPMG in 1994 to join a former client listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange as Group Finance Executive.

In 1997 Mike established his own consultancy business under the Kitwell brand, which provides advice and business support to a number of AIM and main market listed companies.

Mike has served on the boards of numerous listed companies.

Richard is a private investor and career entrepreneur who has successfully assisted numerous companies in their initial public offering (IPO) processes on the London Stock Exchange. Richard’s investment expertise encompasses a diverse range of sectors, with a particular focus on technology.

Richard has served on the boards of several publicly traded companies and has established extensive relationships with financial institutions, brokerages, and banks in London.
